14 days, no drama

You can return unopened products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened tubs and unsealed peptide vials can't be returned for safety reasons, unless the product is defective.

How to return

1. Email returns@pepandgain.se with your order number.
2. We'll send a prepaid return label within one business day.
3. Drop the package at any PostNord pickup point.
4. Refund hits your card 3–5 business days after we receive the parcel.

Damaged or wrong item?

Send a photo to returns@pepandgain.se within 7 days. We'll ship a replacement immediately — no need to return the original.
